I need to do a big thank you to Kat Jenkins of Multitude.co.nz. I discovered Kat half way through the last campaign and when we decided to relaunch I was definitely doing this with Kat on board. Last time there was a lot of stuff I didn’t know that I didn’t know. This time around I know I don’t know stuff. Kat does know stuff though. There is a huge strategy around developing a Kickstarter campaign – from prepping the campaign, developing the social media, developing your communications around the campaign, creating a press release, and there will no doubt be a huge amount more as the campaign develops. We are less than a day out from launching and I am trying to forward plan for weeks now but at this stage am only able to think about the first day or two of the campaign.
